
It´s already mid-May, while I´m taking the time to write this month’s forecast.
I´m sorry, and at the same time, it is this month that I felt so often that I needed to go with the flow and really take care of my body, even if that means missing out on some deadlines or getting this forecast out there a little later.
Especially this month, the number 5 tells us to put self-healing as our highest priority. And this is what I´ve been doing, and I´m feeling amazing, like reborn. As some of you might know, I´ve had a 21-days Ayurvedic Treatment called Panchakarma in Sri Lanka, where I´m still today. Tonight I´ll fly back home.

We´re challenged by discipline and asked to find our own discipline, one that feeds you and is good for you. For example, in Kundalini Yoga, one of the routines is to wake up in the early morning and take a cold shower. Now with Wim Hof, ice baths are very popular and more and more people are trying them. I´ve also done it for years.
But, now, here in Sri Lanka, I take the time to really listen to my body and my needs.
I realized that really taking care of myself is a whole day task.
I took a lot of time to rest and daily 2 hours of massages and treatments, did daily 2,5 hour Aquarian Sadhana, had acupuncture, swam in the warm and wild ocean and relaxed afterwards in the pool.
With the help of the Ayurvedic doctor, I discovered that in my situation, a cold shower or an ice bath is not what my body needs. It made it worse, and I’d already know it a little bit, as I was already aware that, for example, I didn’t react well to winter swimming.
My mindset was not the problem; I could go easily into the cold sea in the winter, but afterwards, my hormones would be off, and I’d feel my lower back pain more intense.
Talking about this back pain, I´d been ignoring my sciatic nerve pain for years, and now I take it very seriously and feel that with the help of all the treatments, it’s gone for 80%…
So, my point is to listen to your body.
- Feel what your body needs.
- Take the signs your body is giving you seriously.
- Then take the action that you feel is needed to heal.
- If you find it hard to figure this out on your own, find help.

How can you use the energy of the 5 for your personal growth and your business?

There are 3 things to focus on this month:
- Be flexible and go with the flow.
Freedom and adventure are very important to a 5, and if you’re lucky in a country where you can freely travel, go. If your country doesn’t allow you, find ways to experience your personal freedom and do something outside your comfort zone to fulfil your adventurous needs.
- Give yourself and your body the highest priority.
Workout and take rest, don´t ignore signs of the body, take it seriously and find help. Stop with all that is not feeding you.
- Talk things through; this is a month of communication.
If you have a new idea, talk about it with your friends, and business partners, as this is the month in which communication is very important. Speak your personal truth, be open and also remember that listening is a big and important part of communication.
